Several well-established car-hire companies have a branch office at Rotterdam Airport. The car-hire desks are located in the arrivals section of the transit hall, the central hall in the terminal.
Most of the car-hire companies operate the following opening hours:
Mon-Fri: 09.00 -18.00 hrs
Sat/Sun: open on request for pick-up of reserved cars

If you wish to hire a car after office hours or at the weekend after 17.00 hours, in order to be certain that your car awaits you, we advise you to make a reservation in advance, by phone or via the internet.
|  Unfortunately Budget Car Rentals doesn’t have a service desk at Rotterdam Airport, but it is nevertheless possible to rent or return a car at the airport. For further information and reservations, please contact the central Budget Service Desk in Rotterdam via +31 (0)10 415 18 33 on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
