Check-in procedures for departing passengers
Check-in times
 | Thanks to the short walking distances and the quick check-in procedures it is possible to check in at Rotterdam Airport quickly and shortly before departure. |
For holiday and scheduled flights operated by transavia.com a check-in time of one and a half hours (90 minutes) is advised. The check-in desks close 40 minutes before planned departure and passengers who arrive later than this will not be accepted for their flight. For flights with CityJet Airlines passengers can check-in till 20 minutes before departure. For the other scheduled flights it is possible to check in at up to 30 minutes before departure.
The check-in desks open two hours before departure.
Travelling with an e-ticket
If you are travelling with an e-ticket, bring with you the booking confirmation, which you received by e-mail. You are advised to be alert to the fact that, when making an internet booking, your name must correspond precisely to that stated in your passport. If this is not the case, it will cause delay at the check-in desk and extra costs will be incurred.
