GWK Travelex
How does it work?
It is extremely easy to order foreign currency and/or travellers cheques online:
- on the first form, fill in which currencies and/or travellers cheques you wish to order, the amount, and in which denominations you would like to have your money. You also fill in here which branch you wish to pick up your order at;
- on the second form, fill in your personal details and give the date on which you will pick up your order;
- click on ‘send' and your order will be sent
- you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation of your order, in which all relevant details of the order and your order number are stated;
- from the agreed time onwards, your order will await you at your chosen branch of GWK Travelex.
At the desk you will be asked for your order number and payment, including the transaction charges. You therefore pay for your order at the moment that you pick it up.
Costs
For ordering online you pay no extra charge. You pay for your order at the exchange rate of the day, plus the transaction charges , at the GWK Travelex desk at the moment you pick up your order.
The transaction charges are as follows:

Travellers Cheques (American Express) | €2.25 +2.75% of the value |
Maximum order
You can order up to a limit of € 8,200.00 in foreign currency and/or travellers cheques.
