These rooms are available in the terminal-building, at the four-star Golden Tulip Rotterdam Airport Hotel and in the KLM Jet Center and can be rented independently for a specific period of time, like before or after your flight.   This conference room (1.72) is located on the top floor of the terminal building and can be used for meetings up to 30 people and presentations up to 60 people. On payment of a small sum in consideration, conference equipment such as DVD, VHS, beamer, multiple-microphone system and a pulpit can be reserved and used if required. A Wireless Internet Connection is also available. This room is especially suitable for staff training-sessions, press conferences and business meetings.

  This conference room (Het Baken) is located on the mezzanine floor of the terminal building and provides a spectacular view of the activities in the central hall as well as the activities on the apron and runway. On payment of a small sum in consideration, conference equipment such as DVD, VHS, beamer, multiple-microphone system and a pulpit can be reserved and used if required. This conference room can be used for example for meetings,dinner parties, buffets and presentations, but also as an exclusive departure lounge. A separate security lane, situated on the same floor, can be used exclusively for your guests. Use of a service desk in the central hall can be added. This room can be used for meetings up to 50 people, presentations up to 120 people and receptions up to 150 people.
