Accessibility and parking
In order to facilitate your business liasons, the top quality service of our security personnel and chauffeurs is at your disposal. Chauffeurs can drive right up to the front entrance of the terminal building. If one or more vehicles needs to be parked for a somewhat longer period of time, the P2 short-term parking area, located directly in front of the building, can be used.

Similarly, vehicles can be driven right up to the entrance of the KLM Jet Center, and if one or more vehicles needs to wait for a longer time, the P4 parking area is available directly in front of the building. Arrangements can also be made with KLM Jet Center for vehicles to be driven on to the tarmac, enabling passengers to step directly from the aircraft into the waiting car, or vice versa. Airport formalities
All travellers must pass through security control prior to departure. In cases where there is no question of abnormal baggage or goods, customs formalities prior to departure are omitted. Passport control is also unnecessary for passengers travelling to and from the Benelux countries, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Iceland.

Ground-handling
In the case of private flights via Rotterdam Airport, the airline company or operator can request ground-handling via KLM Jet Center or Aviapartner. Aviapartner takes care of all flights operating via the regular airport terminal building, and KLM Jet Center offers passengers travelling in their own or hired aircraft exclusive and discrete VIP ground-handling which fulfils every possible safety requirement.

Flags, banners, screens and service desks
Flags may be hung from the masts in front of the airport building, to draw attention to an incoming or out going flight in  an especially recognizable way. Boards my also be placed within the terminal building, and extra information may be displayed on the flight-information screens. On request, it is also possible to make use of a reception desk. Press facilities
