RABV collects the personal data that the customer enters on the website, details about his click and surf behaviour and transactions via the RABV website. RABV has exclusive access to the above-mentioned personal data. RABV observes the statutory regulations laid down in the Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (Personal Data Protection Act).

The data on the customer is stored in a customer database and used to process the order or booking, including customer services. RABV also uses the data to analyse the customer's click and surf behaviour and transactions in order to draw up a customer profile. RABV uses these profiles to perfect the range of products and services offered on this site and to enable it to make tailor-made special offers to the customer from the overall range of RABV products and services.  

If the customer objects to his data being collected and analysed in order to allow RABV to make tailor-made special offers, the customer can inform RABV about this by sending an e-mail to info@rotterdam-airport.nl. Customers can also use this e-mail address if they wish to have their data removed from the customer database.
